Challenge

Studio was building something genuinely new — a marketplace where publishers could list their PR offerings and marketers could buy, manage, and track campaigns, all within a single platform purpose-built for Web3. The product had multiple distinct user types, complex flows, and a lot of moving parts: a marketplace layer, an AI content generation tool, an analytics dashboard, and a referral system. The challenge was making all of it feel simple. A platform this layered can easily become overwhelming — the design had to guide users through real complexity without them ever feeling it.

Process

The work started with experience mapping — understanding every user type, every flow, and every decision point before a single screen was designed. Publishers needed to list and manage offers efficiently. Marketers needed to discover, evaluate, and purchase campaigns with confidence. Both needed to track performance and understand ROI at a glance.

Every navigation decision, every information hierarchy, every interaction state was considered from the user's perspective first. The AI content tool needed to feel like a natural extension of the workflow, not a separate product bolted on. The analytics layer needed to communicate complex data clearly without requiring a manual. The referral system needed to be visible enough to drive adoption without disrupting the core experience.

Once the experience logic was solid, the interface was built to match — clean, structured, and precise. Dark UI with clear visual hierarchy, purposeful use of color to direct attention, and motion used only where it added clarity.

Outcome

Studio launched with a product experience that handled significant complexity without showing it. Users could navigate between marketplace, content creation, analytics, and referrals without losing context or feeling lost. The interface held up across every user type and every flow. It stands as some of the most thorough product design thinking applied to a Web3 platform — where UX rigor and visual polish came together in equal measure.
