Challenge

When BQ Labs and Arch Network partnered to launch five product brands within their shared Web3 ecosystem, the design challenge was significant — build five distinct identities that each had their own presence, personality, and positioning, while still feeling like they belonged to the same world. Nothing existed before this. No brand language, no visual system, no starting point. Everything had to be created from scratch, at pace, without any of the five feeling like a copy of another.

Process

The work started by establishing a loose ecosystem logic — a set of shared design principles that would allow each brand to feel related without being identical. From there each of the five brands was developed independently: name exploration, logo mark, color system, typography, and a full website built and deployed. The products sat at the intersection of BQ's technology and Arch Network's infrastructure, so the design language had to communicate both technical credibility and accessibility — serious enough for DeFi natives, approachable enough for broader adoption. Five brands, each with their own voice, all launched within the same window.

Outcome

Five fully realized Web3 brands — Rush, Sentient Hedge, Loop, and the broader ecosystem — launched with complete identities and live websites. Each one stood on its own visually while contributing to a coherent product family. The collaboration demonstrated what end-to-end brand and web design looks like at ecosystem scale — not one project handed off, but five built in parallel from nothing to live.
